Easy "Sneak Chef/Deceptively Delicious" Recipes?

I just bought the book "Deceptively Delicious" (I couldn't find "The Sneaky Chef"). I love the concept of hiding vegetable purees in food, but all of the recipes in the book are time consuming from start to finish. I'm a busy mother with a toddler and I don't have much time to prepare healthy meals. Hiding veggies in food is a good way to cheat nutrition into my daily routines. Does anyone have ideas for easy every day recipes that I can spike with vegetable purees? I'm looking for something like Rachel Ray meets Jessica Seinfeld.


Try meatloaf...you couls add just about any puree.
