I need inexpensive healthy toddler recipes my son is 14 months old for all meals and snacks please and thanks?

~The word you are looking for is "pediatrician"

AT 14 months your son should be able to eat whatever you are having for lunch in small pieces and portions. Exceptions: NO peanut butter, no coin-shaped hot dog pieces, no raw carrots, as these can cause choking.

Get a good book from the library on feeding toddlers.

Enjoy your son!!

my daughters love graham crackers with whipped cream(fat free) fruit they can dip in yogurt. (Kids love to dip stuff) If you start teaching them to eat fruits and veggie at an early age, they love them when they are older.

My kids LOVED cheerios, raisins and m&m's mixed together.

check out www.wholesometoddlerfood.com. it's helped me a ton!

Use your microwave..Make small amounts. Like 1/4th cup buckwheat flour to under 1/2 tsp baking powder, raisins, a little fruit, cinnamon, very little sugar.. water, put the whole thing on a paper plate, cook seconds, put in a fork, dont overcook... Use infinite variety

I just have to say one thing NO PEANUTS OR HONEY!!!!!!!!

I get a lot of great ideas from these 2 websites for my 10 month old.

I also feed my daughter black beans, lentils, etc. Easy to prepare and super cheap.
