They should be eating the same foods as the rest of the family by around age 1. If you are eating healthy it should not be a problem.
boiled spaghetti,with homemade sauce.sauce made with peeled tomatoes,chopped onions,mixed herbs,milk and minced chicken.its healthy and tasty
I don't know specifically about those nutrients, but the Sneaky Chef Book has some awesome recipes/techniques. I love it - my picky kids eat it up!!
I hide things a lot in my daughters food. You can mix pureed veggies or baby food into pizza sauce and put on pasta or pizza or spread on bread, add cheese and make a grilled cheese out of it.
I also took a banana bread recipee and cut out the sugar, butter and nuts and chocolate chips. I added some apple sauce, a baby food prunes, smashed cooked carrots, and just added a really little butter and sugar... and of course bananas.
She loved it!
