a good snack is a home made smoothie. use 1/2 a bag of frozen strawberries 1 mushy bananna (over ripe that they wont eat normally) 1 6 oz yogurt and 1 cup orange juice. toss in a blender and its like a special milkshake treat. my nephew just eats these up and it has 1 serving of dairy and up to 3-4 servings of fruit
finger foods work best. cut everything up so that it is a finger food. I also used to cut their sandwiches out with a cookie cutter. anything they got to help me make also appealed to them. at this age, most kids have a very limited range of foods they will eat, but they grow out of that. just keep offering a wide variety of foods and eventually they will begin to try them.
I wish I could remember! It was 10 years ago!
Of, course I may have to ask you this ? After my daughter is born!
the only thing I can think of is that
You could always try...cheese & crackers
Healthy and good for them...
Again I am sorry,
Blessings n luck
My son is only 15 months but he loves finger foods, crackers, yogurt...pretty much whatever I eat..I just cut it up in small pieces..good luck...their appetite will increase with age..
